General information

Authors will need to register at the registration desk once they first arrive at the Congress to collect their accreditations and other Congress materials. Registration will be on 17th of July, 2008. Please make sure that you register then, because the OC WILL NOT ACCEPT late registrations. Participants have to put their posters on marked place or to give CD presentation on registration desk. Participants can take place in some of following groups:

1. Oral Presentations: Presenter shows his/her work on Power Point presentation. There will be 8 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for discussion.

2. Poster Presentations: Presenter shows his/her work on poster. There will be 8 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for discussion. Posters are an important part of the Congress and remain in place throughout.

3. Passive participants make the audience who do not present their research work in the Congress.

It is not possible to change between poster and oral presentation during the congress. Please ensure that you keep to the program timetable. The oral or poster presentations must be presented by only one person, in case of participant's delay, there will be no presentation. Review works and case reports will not be accepted in scientific program. The OC is not responsible for damage or loss of the research work.

Congress equipment

The following audio-visual equipment will be in every session room at the Congress:
• Data Projector (video beam)
• PC compatible computers with Windows XP OS.
• Lectern and Microphone
You must bring your presentation on CD which you will hand over at registration desk. Our advise to you is to carry a second disk or USB-Flash-Memory-Drive as a back-up of your presentation. The latest version of PowerPoint will be available. We will provide more than 600 fonts, but if you use some unusual fonts, we strongly advise you to bring that font with your presentation on same CD. Latest video and audio codecs will also be provided by OC. There will be an operator in constant attendance in each session room.
The presentation number of your poster corresponds to the poster board number and to the number in the abstract book. Please ensure that your poster is displayed on the correct poster board. Do not place your poster to another location. Posters should be no larger than 120 cm x 90 cm. Posters larger than these dimensions will exceed the board; it is therefore necessary that the poster adhere to the specified measurements.

Location

The oral session halls will be within the Medical Faculty in Novi Sad. Posters boards will be placed in hall of Medical Faculty. There will be a OC staff member in the halls throughout the day to answer any questions.
