Accommodation

How to apply for rooms:  In your IMSCNS user account under tab Hosting & Travel you must choose type of accommodation ( hostel or hotel ) and number of nights you wish to stay. If you wish to arrange your own accommodation please select option private. All payment  details for accommodation will be included in official invoice. When your  application is revised and accepted, invoice will be sent to email  that you provided in your registration on IMSCNS website.

 

HOTEL  "SAJAM "

Single room -     36 € per night
Double room (sharing with another participant)   -  24 € per night

Situated a 3 minute’s walk away from the Faculty of Medicine, where the IMSCNS is held, this three-star hotel is the perfect choice for those who want to have a comfortable hotel experience.  Located only 2km from the city centre, it is also very convenient to do sightseeing, shopping, clubbing and travel by foot, public transport or one of the many affordable taxi vehicles back to the hotel.

The number of rooms is limited.

The hotel offers air-conditioning, TV, parking space, and a restaurant. *

HOSTEL  "SAJMISTE "

Double room (available only double room!) -  17 € per night

A student dormitory during the academic year, hostel during the summer, it offers contemporarily equipped double rooms with in-room bathrooms. This hostel is 1.5 km away from the city centre and a 5 minute’s walk from the IMSCNS venue.

* Meals are not included in the price of accommodation. Meals are provided at the venue of IMSCNS, the Faculty of Medicine, and are covered by the congress fee.
